Request deletion
To request deletion of personal information controlled by Boss Room, including information associated with a Boss Room Meta-connected feature, use the Boss Room contact page. In your message, write Data deletion request and identify the email address or social-account username relevant to your request so we can locate the correct records.
Do not send passwords
Never send a Facebook, Instagram, Messenger or other account password, access token or payment-card information. Boss Room may ask for reasonable information to verify that a deletion request relates to you.
What happens next
After a valid request is identified and verified, Boss Room will delete or anonymise personal information it controls unless retention is reasonably required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or record-keeping obligations. We will respond through the contact details supplied with your request.
Third-party data
A request to Boss Room applies to data controlled by Boss Room. Meta, Google, retailers and other third-party services control their own data and may require a separate deletion request under their own privacy processes.
Messenger sharing
Boss Room's public Messenger share action sends the selected Boss Room URL to Meta at your request. Boss Room does not receive or store the Messenger recipient you choose or the private contents of the message.
