    Overview

    Boss Room respects the privacy of people who visit our website, contact us, subscribe to updates, use our marketplace links, or interact with Boss Room through connected services. This policy explains the kinds of information we may process, why we process it, and the choices available to you.

    Information you provide

    We may receive information you choose to provide through contact, enquiry, project brief, newsletter, feedback or similar forms. Depending on the form, this can include your name, contact details, message, project requirements, preferences and files you choose to upload.

    Website and analytics information

    When you use the site, technical information may be processed automatically, such as device and browser information, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, referral source and interactions with the site. Boss Room uses analytics and advertising technologies, including Google and Meta technologies, to understand site performance, measure campaigns and improve the experience.

    Marketplace and external services

    Boss Room may link to third-party retailers and services. If you follow an affiliate or retailer link, the destination service may process data under its own privacy policy. Boss Room may receive aggregated or transaction-related affiliate reporting but does not receive your retailer account password or payment-card credentials through those outbound links.

    Meta and social features

    Boss Room may use Meta technologies for analytics, advertising, Messenger sharing and administration of Boss Room social accounts. A user-initiated Messenger share passes the Boss Room URL you choose to share to Meta. Boss Room does not receive the recipient you select or the private contents of your Messenger conversation from that share action.

    If Boss Room later enables additional Meta account or Instagram publishing features, any Meta-provided account, profile, media or interaction data will be used only for the connected Boss Room feature and in accordance with this policy and Meta's applicable platform terms.

    How we use information

    • to respond to enquiries and provide requested services;
    • to operate, secure and improve the Boss Room website;
    • to send communications you have requested;
    • to measure site and campaign performance;
    • to prevent misuse, fraud and security incidents; and
    • to meet legal and regulatory obligations where applicable.

    Service providers and international processing

    Boss Room uses service providers to operate the website and related services, including hosting/database infrastructure, analytics, advertising, email/newsletter tools, ecommerce or retailer platforms and social platforms. Those providers may process information in Australia or other countries subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.

    Retention and security

    We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, for legitimate business records, security, dispute resolution or legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

    Your choices and requests

    You can ask about personal information Boss Room controls, request a correction, unsubscribe from marketing communications, or request deletion where applicable. Use the Boss Room contact page. For Meta-related deletion requests, see our data deletion instructions.

    Changes to this policy

    We may update this policy as Boss Room services or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will remain available at this URL.
